In everything I do, I anchor back to our core purpose — the grounding question of why are we here? It’s a simple yet profound inquiry. Only once that’s clear can we build something sustainable and scalable. I thrive in process improvement, knowledge base structuring, and leadership development, always with a strong focus on culture — because hiring the right people is just as important.

Having moved to four different countries (England, Slovakia, Mexico, and the United States) with little support, I know firsthand how overwhelming relocation can be. Each time, I had to figure things out on my own, hoping I wasn’t making costly mistakes. From finding a home and setting up a bank account to navigating healthcare, schools, and even finding a vet, the to-do list never ends—especially when you’re moving with a family. As I considered my next entrepreneurial step, I imagined a service that could simplify this journey for others. That’s how ExpatEase was born, co-founded with my business partner Maia Samb. Based in Atlanta, we help individuals and families manage the complex admin side of relocating—whether you’re moving to or from the U.S. Visit us at expat-ease.com to see how we can support your move.
My journey at Lenet began in 2019 as a Support Engineer, where I provided bilingual customer support in English and French, resolved a range of IT and networking issues, deployed VoIP systems, and introduced a new company-wide knowledge base. After a brief hiatus, I returned in 2021 as a Service Manager, leading a growing team of engineers, managing complex network infrastructures, overseeing multiple VoIP systems, and ensuring financial targets were met across Managed and Professional Services. In 2022, I stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer. I led initiatives in HR, customer success, and service delivery—introducing process improvements that increased client satisfaction, boosted productivity, and grew account revenue.

I met Michaelle, the founder of L’Agence, through an initiative by the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta, which brings together French women in business. We immediately connected and became friends. With my background in operations, Michaelle quickly saw an opportunity for me to help bring structure and support to her company. Having progressed from engineer to manager to executive, I’ve learned, mostly through trial and error, what it takes to be an effective leader. At L’Agence, the mission goes beyond recruiting the right talent. It’s also about empowering leaders through executive coaching and development. I’m currently supporting Michaelle as a fractional COO, working across both operations and leadership development. If you’re curious about how I can support your business, or if you’re just looking for an external sounding board, feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect.
Through the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta, I had the pleasure of meeting Joelle, founder and owner of Travelbootik, a travel agency specializing in Club Med vacations. Recognizing my organizational strengths and process-driven approach, Joelle invited me to support her as she plans the next phase of her business—expanding her team of travel agents and gradually stepping back to pursue new ventures. I’m currently assisting her with implementing a ticketing system, auditing and optimizing her tech and software stack, and enhancing both client and employee onboarding processes. While this project is still in its early stages, I’m excited to share the impact we’ll create together.
